| 摘 要： | 本文应用经皮胆红素测定仪测定37例足月新生儿的经皮胆红素读数,同时与改良J-G法测定的血清胆红素对比,结果显示,经皮胆红素读数与血清总胆红素浓度呈正相关,相关系数为0.838,血红蛋白水平不影响经皮胆红素测定的准确性,经皮胆红素测定是一种非创伤性测定新生儿胆红素的新技术,操作简便、无副作用,能及时准确地观察新生儿黄疸消长和监测胆红素动泰变化.

| Abstract: | The use of transcutaneous bilirubinometer in 37 cases of full term newborns was reported in this paper. The index of this meter was compared with level of the serum total bilirubin which analysed by a modified method of Grof The results were shown as follow:A significant correlation was found between the index and the level of serum total bilirubin,r=0. 838. The transcutaneous method can accurately reflect serum total biliubin levels in the newborn. The technique is simple. There is no side effect. It is quite accurate and the variation of bilirubin levels can be observed by this meter promptly. |
