内镜逆行胰胆管造影术患者心理干预疗效的调查分析

目的 探讨心理干预对内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）患者的影响,有效减轻ERCP患者的心理压力及并发症,提高手术成功率.方法 对328例ERCP患者术前进行认知、情绪、行为心理干预,并采用症状自评量表SCL-90对心理干预前后的心理状况进行测评.结果 心理干预前后抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等各项指标均值比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 在ERCP术前实施认知、情绪、行为心理干预,能有效减轻患者精神压力,减少并发症的发生,提高检查及治疗质量和疗效.

Investigation of therapeutic effects of mental intervention for patients before endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

Objective To explore the effects of therapeutic effects of mental intervention for patients before endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP),so as to alleviate their mental stress,to reduce the complications and to improve the security of treatment.Methods The psychological status of 328 cases of patients under mental intervention before ERCP were evaluated by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results The mental intervention showed effective therapeutic effects.The mean values of the main parameters before and after mental intervention,such as the dumps,anxiety and fear were compared and significant differences were shown(P<0.01).Conclusion The mental intervention on patients before ERCP alleviates their mental stress,reduces the complications and to improves the security of treatment.
