摘    要:目的 探讨本科护生临床实习中采用阶段性目标教学法的教学效果.方法 对76名护理本科学生在实习期间采用阶段性目标教学法的资料进行分析研究.结果 师生双方进行双向评价.老师对学生的考评:评价等级分为优、良、中、差4个层次,内容包括劳动纪律、学习态度、考核成绩及工作能力.达优比例分别为96.1%、92.1%、97.4%、85.5%;学生对教学老师的反馈:评价等级分为很满意、较满意、一般及不满意4个层次,内容包括临床教学安排、临床教学能力、教学态度及实习收获.很满意的比例分别为:98.7%、86.6%、92.1%、52.6%(较满意为39.5%).结论 阶段性目标教学促使师生双方形成强烈的目标意识,充分发挥学生的主体作用,强化带教老师责任感和榜样作用,使临床教学工作规范化,提高了教学质量.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the step and goal teaching method used in the nursery undergraduates clinical practice.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted with the data from which 76 nursery undergraduates were put on a step and goal teaching method trial.Results The teachers and students evaluated with each other at the end of the trial.The teacher's evaluations for students were classified as excellent,good,middle and low.The evaluation items included labor discipline,attitude for learning,exam grades and working ability.The rates of excellence for each item were 96.1%,92.1%,97.4% and 85.5%,respectively.The feedbacks of students to teachers were classified as very satisfied,satisfied,commonly and dissatisfied.The evaluation items included clinical teaching arrangement,clinical teaching ability,teaching attitude and studying gains.The rates of very satisfied were 98.7%,86.6% and 92.1%,respectively.Conclusion The step and goal method prompts the teachers and students forming intensive awareness of aim and responsibilities.It fully motivates the students and also emphasizes the model role of the teachers.The clinical teaching activities are normalized with the step and goal method and the teaching qualities are greatly improved.
