检测腺苷脱氨酶和胆碱酯酶在肝病中的价值

目的 探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)在肝病中的临床价值.方法 采用日立7020生化分析仪分别测定急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌疫患者及正常对照组血清ADA和CHE的活性,以在本院感染科住院的肝脏患者共146例为实验组,对照组84例.结果 血清ADA实验组均高于对照组(P＜0.01);而血清CHE则实验组低于对照组(P＜0.01);肝硬化时,ADA有近90%的病例明显上升.血清CHE除慢性肝炎外,其他各类肝病的阳性率都在90%左右.结论 联合检测血清ADA和CHE有助于肝病诊断和疗效观察以及预后的判断.

Study on clinical value of serum adenosine deaminase and cholinestetase in liver diseases

Objective To investigate the clinic value of serum adenosine deaminase(ADA)and cholinestetase(CHE)in liver diseases.Methods The HITACHI 7020 automatic biochemistry analyzer was applied to measure the activities of ADA and CHE in acute hepatitis,chronic hepatitis,hepatocirrhosis,liver cancer and normal control groups.146 hospitalized patients carrying liver diseases from Infection Department of our hospital were as the experiment group.84 cases were as the control.Results ADA of the experiment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).CHE of the experiment group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).ADA obviously increases in nearly 90?ses of hepatocirrhosis.The positive rates of CHE were about 90% in all groups of liver diseases except the group of chronic hepatitis.Conclusion The combined determination of ADA and CHE in liver diseases is helpful to diagnosis,curative effect observation and prognosis.
