心血管疾病患者OX-LDL和血液流变指标的相关性研究

目的 探讨心血管疾病患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)和血液流变学指标的变化及其相互关系.方法 用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定65例冠心病患者、78例高血压患者和50例健康对照者血浆OX-LDL;平行测定血液流变学指标,并对OX-LDL与血液流变指标进行相关分析.结果 冠心病患者血浆OX-LDL浓度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),血液流变学指标与健康对照组比较,高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数和红细胞变形指数差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);心血管病患者血浆OX-LDL浓度与血液流变异常指标呈正相关.结论 血浆OX-LDL与血液流变性异常可能与心血管病发病有关;血浆OX-LDL与血液流变学检测对于冠心病的诊断和治疗有一定意义.

Relationship between oxidized low-density lipoprotein level and parameters of hemorheology in coronary heart disease

Objective To explore changes of plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and parameters of hemorheology, as well as the relationship between them in coronary heart disease. Methods The plasma OX-LDL level was determined by ELISA in 65 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD group), 78 patients with hypertension (hypertension group) and 50 healthy controls (control group), and while the parameters of hemorheology was measured. The correlation analysis was performed.Results The plasma OX-LDL level in CHD group was higher significantly than that in control group healthy controls (P<0.05). The differences were significant in whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index and RBC deformation index,blood viscosity between the 2 groups (P<0.05). The plasma OX-LDL level was positively correlative to abnormal parameters of hemorheology.Conclusion The abnormality of the OX-LDL levels and the hemorheology parameters may be associated with cardiovascular diseases. Determination of OX-LDL and hemorheology may be helpful to diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
