| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病患者与其血清胆红素的关系.方法 采用日本岛津CL-7200全自动生化分析仪,以氧化法对30例冠心病患者和30例健康体检者的血清总胆红素结果进行分析比较.结果 冠心病组总胆红素明显低于健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 低血清总胆红素浓度是导致冠心病发生的危险因素之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of total bilirubin(TBIL) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Japan SHIMADZU CL7200 automastism clinical chemistry analyzer- was used.Serum TBIL was detected by oxidizing method.The results of 30 CHD patients and 30 healthy check-up persons were analyzed and compared.Results Serum TBIL of CHD group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The low concentration of TBIL is one of the risk factors of CHD. |
