系统性红斑狼疮患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子的水平研究

目的 研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BLyS)蛋白水平,并探讨其与尿蛋白的关系.方法 应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测尿蛋白阳性组(17例)和尿蛋白阴性SLE患者组(20例)血清Blys水平,以健康志愿者(30例)作为对照.结果 SLE患者血清Blys水平明显高于健康对照组(P＜0.05),但尿蛋白阳性组血清Blys水平与尿蛋白阴性组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 SLE患者Blys水平升高,提示BLyS可能与SLE的发病有关.

Study on relationship of serum BLys levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To determine the serum B lymphocyte stimulator(Blys)levels in the patients with sys- temic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to investigate the relationship between serum BLyS and APRIL levels and pro- teinuria levels.Methods To measure the serum BLyS levels with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in the patients with SLE,who were separated into the group with high values of proteinuria(7 cases)and the group with normal values of proteinuria(20 cases),and 30 healthy volunteers.Results The serum BLyS level in SLE patients was significantly increased compared with the healthy controls(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in ser- um BLyS levels between the groups with high values and normal values of proteinuria(P>0.05).Conclusion The BLyS level is significantly elevated in SLE patients,which suggests that BLyS might be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
