凉山彝族地区1340例抗核抗体谱检测

目的 探讨凉山彝族地区就诊人群中各种抗核杭体的阳性分布趋势.方法 用欧蒙免疫印迹法检测1 340例可疑自身免疫疾病患者血清中的抗核抗体谱,经统计学处理分析各种抗核抗体在人群中的阳性分布趋势和在不同年龄、性别组中的阳性分布趋势.结果 抗-nRNP、抗-Sm、抗-SSA、抗R052、抗SSB、抗-ScL-70、抗-Jo-1、抗-CENPB、抗-dsDNA、抗-NuK、抗-his、抗-Rib.P.P在1 340例可疑自身免疫病患者中的阳性率分别为:4.2%、2.8%、16.2%、16.0%、7.8%、1.0%、0.15%、1.4%、3.7%、3.9%、2.8%、1.8%.抗-nRNP、抗-Sm、抗-SSA、抗-Ro52、抗-SSB、抗-dsDNA、抗-Nuk、抗-his阳性率女性组高于男性组(P＜0.05).抗-SSA、抗-Ro52、抗-SSB 2组阳性率最高(P＜0.05),抗-Sm、抗-dsDNA、抗-Nuk 1组和2组的阳性率高于3组(P＜0.05).结论 凉山彝族地区自身免疫疾病以干燥综合征(SS)、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病率为高,自身免疫疾病好发于女性,在SS、SLE患者中以青壮年为主,并且有向低龄化倾斜趋势.

Detection of antinuclear antibody spectrum of 1 340 cases in area of Liangshan Yi nationality

Objective To investigate the distributing trend of positive antinuclear antibody in the crowd making medical advice in the area of Liangshan Yi nationality.Methods To detect the serum antinuclear antibody spectrum in 1 340 cases of suspicious autoimmune disease by Europe-Mongolia immunity print method. The distribution trend of positive antinuclear antibodies in the crowd, different age and sex was statistically analyzed.Results The positive rate of anti-nRNP, anti-Sm, anti-SSA, anti-Ro52, anti-SSB, anti-ScL-70, anti-Jo-1, anti-CENPB, anti-dsDNA, anti-Nuk, anti-his, anti-Rib.P.P was 4.2%, 2.8%, 16.2%,16.0%, 7.8%, 1.0%, 0.15%,1.4%,3.7%,3.9%,2.8%, and 1.8% respectively. The positive rate of anti-nRNP, anti-Sm, anti-SSA, anti-Ro52, anti-SSB,anti-dsDNA, anti-Nuk and anti-his was statistically higher in female than in male(P<0.05). The positive rate of anti-SSA, anti-R052 and anti-SSB of the two groups was the highest (P<0.05).The positive rate of anti-Sm, anti-dsDNA,and anti-Nuk of group 1 and group 2 was higher than that of group 3(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of Sjogren's syndrome(SS), SLE in autoimmune diseases is higher in the area of Liangshan Yi nationality. Autoimmune disease usually occurs in the female. The patients with SS and SLE are dominated by the youth and middle age. There is a trend toward low age.
