摘    要:目的 探讨全血质控物作糖化血红蛋白质控物的应用价值.方法 利用全血质控物,测定其糖化蛋白的含量,再对其统计分析.结果 全血质控物具有较长的稳定期,且变异系数值小于5%.结论 可以用全血质控物作糖化血红蛋白质控物的参考.

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of the whole blood quality controlling product as the glucosylated hemoglobin quality controlling product.Methods To measure the contents of glucosylated hemoglobin in the whole blood quality controlling product and to statistically analyse the measured data.Results The whole blood controlling product has long term stability, and the value of variation coefficient is less than 5% .Conclusion The whole blood quality controlling product can be used as the reference of the glucosylated hemoglobin quality controlling product.
