Monolayer超薄层宫颈涂片法筛查宫颈癌的价值

目的 对Monolayer超薄层宫颈涂片法筛查宫颈病变和宫颈癌进行方法学评价.方法 以组织病理学诊断为参比,应用受试者工作曲线的方法对Monolayer超薄层涂片法筛查宫颈病变和宫颈癌进行方法学评价.结果 本研究对象196人,以组织病理学诊断为参比,Monolayer超薄层涂片法筛查宫颈病变和宫颈癌的准确性为0.903 9(95%可信区间 0.8426,0.9651);若以磷状上皮内高度病变为临床阈值,则Monolayer超薄层涂片法筛查宫颈癌的敏感度和特异度分别为77.78%和92.70%,约登指数等于0.70.结论 Monolayer超薄层涂片法筛查宫颈病变和宫颈癌的准确性高,但是敏感性略显不足,约登指数等指标表明该法的综合诊断效能尚处中等水平.

Clinical value of monolayer cervix smear cytological test screening cervical carcinoma

Objective To evaluate monolayer cytologic test kit in screening cervical carcinoma.Methods ROC was applied to perform methodical evaluation of monolayer cervix smear cytological test screening cervical carcinoma, with histopathologic diagnosis as a reference.Results 196 women were involved in the study. With histopathologic diagnosis as a reference, the monolayer cytological test kit had a detecting accuracy rate of 0.903 9(95%CI 0.8426, 0.9651). With HSIL as the threshold, the kit had a sensitivity of 77.78%, a specificity of 92.70% and a Youden index of 0.70.Conclusion Monolayer cytological test kit has a high accuracy, but a little low sensitivity.
