摘    要:目的 比较金免疫层析试验(GICA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)的结果符合率,以了解GICA的特异性与敏感度.方法 用GICA和ELISA平行检测受检者血清标本HBsAg.结果 通过1 205份血清样本的分析,发现GICA和ELISA检测HBsAg的结果符合率为99.09%,GICA检测HBsAg存在漏检(即假阴性).结论 GICA较ELISA敏感度低,用GICA检测HBsAg等项目存在一定程度的漏检率,GICA只能筛查HBsAg,检测HBsAg低含量的血清标本不宜使用.GICA快速诊断法可用来大规模普查人群HBsAg的感染情况,也适用于临床急症标本等快速检测的需要.

Abstract:Objective To compare the variation rate between GICA and ELISA for detecting serum HBsAg, thus to determine specificity and sensitivity of GICA. Methods Serum HBsAg in patients and volunteers was detected by GICA and ELISA simultaneously. Results The HBsAg accordance rate between GICA and ELISA was 99.09%. There exist false-negative of HBsAg detected by GICA. Conclusion The sensitivity of GICA is of a little lower than that of ELISA. There exists a certain degree of false-negative of HBsAg and other immune items detected by GICA. GICA can only be used in HBsAg sieve-detecting, and may be unsuitable to detect serum samples of HBsAg at a lower concentration. GICA can be used in sieve-detecting the HBsAg positive people for a mass of recipients, and apply for rapidly test of acute clinical samples and other cases.
