| 摘 要： | 目的评价运动平板试验在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法以冠状动脉造影的检测结果做为标准，对113例平板运动试验结果进行比较分析．结果平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性为77％、特异性为70％，而且多支病变平板运动试验阳性率较单支病变高，女性平板运动试验假阳性率高于男性。结论平板运动试验费用低、简单易行，是一种较理想的无创性诊断、评估冠心病的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the practical treadmill exercise testing in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods With the result of coronary angiography to be king standard to analyze the test result of 113 tradmill exercise testing.Results The sensitivities for diagnosing of coronary heart disease by tradimill exetcise testing are 77%,and the spcificities are 70%.Besides,the positive rate of muti-vessel disease treadmill exercise testing is higher than one-vessel diseases,and the false positive rate of female treadmill exercise tesing is higher than the male.Conclusion Treadmill exercise testing is chesp,simple,and it is a more reasonable method of woundless dignosis and evaluating coronary heart disease. |
