| 摘 要： | 目的 评价氪多波长激光视网膜广泛光凝或虹膜局部光凝联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法 新生血管性青光眼32眼,先用氪多波长激光进行视网膜广泛光凝或虹膜局部光凝后再进行小梁切除术。结果 术后随访12月,28眼眼压控制在21mmHg以下,有效率为87.50%。术后视力提高者9眼,占28.13%;不变18眼,占56.25%;下降5眼,占15.63%。结论 氪多波长激光视网膜广泛光凝或虹膜局部光凝后再进行小梁切除术是治疗新生血管性青光眼的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of trabeculectomy combined with kryptonlaser photocoagulation on retina or partial iris in treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Methods 32 eyes of neovascular glaucoma were performed kryptonlaser photocoagulation on retina or partial iris, then were performed trabeculectomy.Results Following in 12 months postoperatively, 87.5%(28 eyes) ocular tension were controlled under 21mmHg; 28.13%(9 eyes) visual acuity were improved,and 56.25%(18 eyes ) visual acuity were invariable, and 15.63%(5 eyes ) visual acuity were descended. Conclusions Performing trabeculectomy after kryptonlaser photocoagulation on retina or partial iris in treatment of neovascular glaucoma is effective. |
