慢性荨麻疹患者血清特异性IgE的检测

目的检测慢性荨麻疹患者常见血清特异性IgE水平。方法采用IVT过敏原体外测试系统对600例慢性荨麻疹患者的血清进行特异性IgE检测。结果吸入性血清过敏原总IgE阳性率为64．67％，常见的吸入性过敏原依次为尘螨、粉螨、屋尘螨、桑树、梧桐、杨树；食入性血清过敏原总IgE阳性率为69．12％，最常见的过敏原为牛奶、鱼、蛋白、虾、蟹；大部份患者对两种以上的过敏原过敏。结论IVT可用于慢性荨麻疹病因的检测，对临床诊断和治疗有重要的参考价值。

Detection of specific IgE from serum of chronic urticaria patients

Objective To discuss the level and clinical significance of the specific IgE in the sera from chronic urticaria. Methods The specific IgE for food and inhalant allergens were detected serologically by IVT in the sera from 600 cases of chronic urticaria examined. Results Out of 600 cases of chronic urticaria examined,the positive rate of the specific IgE for inhalant allergens in the sera was 64.67 %, mainly including dust mites, acaroid mites, D. pteronyssinu,, mulberry, phoenix tree, aspen. The positive rate of the specific IgE for food allergens was 69.12%, mainly including milk, fish, protein, shrimp and crab. A majority of patients were sensitive to more than two allergens. Conclusion The pathogery of chronic urticaria can be detected by IVT, and the method has important reference value for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
