咽周间隙的大体解剖学

目的　为咽周间隙疾病的诊断提供解剖学依据。方法　选用成人尸体 2 0具 ,经层次解剖和断层解剖后对照观察。结果　确定了咽旁前、后间隙和咽后间隙的境界 ,划清了咽旁前、后间隙和咽后间隙 3者的分界线。结论　咽周间隙境界的划分对咽周间隙疾病的诊断具有重要的临床意义

Anatomy of the peripharyngeal spaces

Objective To provide anatomical basis for diagnosis of diseases of peripharyngeal spaces.Methods Twenty adult corpses were selected and observed by comparison with laminar anatomy and sectional anatomy.Results The borders of the periparapharyngeal,the retorparapharyngeal and retorpharyngeal space were defined,the lines of demarcation among the three spaces were limited clearly.Conclusion The borders of the peripharyngeal space thus defined has an important clinical sighificance for diagnosis of the diseases of peripharynageal spaces.
