| 摘 要： | 目的调查地方院校实习护士在军队医院毕业实习的压力程度，以采取有效的应对措施，帮助学生减轻或缓解压力，提高实习效果。方法采用问卷调查方法，对216名来院实习6月余的护生进行问卷调查，统一回收问卷。结果总体压力处于中等水平，以去留问题压力程度最高，其次为学习和临床护理问题。结论实习承受的压力可影响护生的身心健康，甚至阻碍其从事护理职业，护理管理人员应对这一群体给予特殊的关注与支持，帮助她们顺利渡过实习期，完成学业，走上工作岗位。
