| 摘 要： | 作者对13种新疆地产植物包括3种蔬菜和几种蘑菇等的SOD含量进行了检测。结果显示,大蒜中的SOD含量最高,其次为洋葱、蘑菇、野生及人工培养的阿魏蘑菇及桑椹。

| Abstract: | SOD content of 13 local plants, including some vegetables, mushrooms etc. was determined. The results show that the SOD content in the garlic was the highest, and the next, with a decline order, were the onion, mushrooms, wide and cultural pleurotus eryngii, and the morule. |
