| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑血栓形成(CT)患者急性期血清脂联素与超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)的变化。方法:CT患者48例(CT组),健康体检者20例为正常对照组(对照组),分别检测其血清脂联素、hsCRP水平,并比较两者的相互关系。结果:CT组血清脂联素明显低于对照组(P<0.01);hsCRP高于对照组(P<0.01),两者呈负相关(r=-0.308,P<0.05)。结论:CT患者血清脂联素水平降低,hsCRP水平增高,两者可能共同参与了动脉粥样硬化(AS)的发展过程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods:Serum levels of adiponectin and hsCRP were measured in 48 patients with cerebral thrombosis(CT group)and 20 healthy subjects served as control(control group).Results:Serum levels of adiponectin significantly decreased(P<0.01)while hsCRP increased(P <0.01)in CT group as compared with control group.The changes of serum adiponectin and hsCRP were negatively correlated(r=-0.308,P <0.05).Conclusion:The Serum levels of adiponectin significantly decrease in CT group,which association with increased hsCRP may promote the development of atherosclerosis(AS). |
