| 摘 要： | 近年来各级政府加大了对公共卫生领域的投入力度,因此疾控中心所管理和使用的公共卫生专项资金在数量上也越来越多,然而疾控机构对专项资金的管理存在诸多问题,文章深入分析了专项资金管理中可能存在的各类问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,governments at all levels have enlarged investment in the public health domain,therefore the public health special fund managed by CDC is also growing in a large number.However,there are many problems in the management of special fund used by CDC.The article has thoroughly analyzed a variety of issues possibly existing in the special fund management and proposed corresponding countermeasures. |
