医院内深部真菌感染分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨医院内深部真菌感染的常见菌种,好发部位,临床病区分布及其耐药性。方法:对1999年2月~2001年2月574例住院患者深部真菌感染进行分析。结果:常见菌种为白色念珠菌,热带念珠菌,近平滑念珠菌,克柔念珠菌,季也蒙念珠菌,光滑念珠菌;主要病区为呼吸区,消化区,肾病区,ICU及器官移植;侵犯部位主要为呼吸道,消化道及泌尿道;耐药菌株越来越多。结论:医院内深部真菌感染分布广泛,非白色念珠菌感染明显增多,耐药菌株增多,部分治疗需联合用药。

Abstract:Objective: To Investigate the main fungi and invading places of nosocomial systemic fungi, the distribution and drug - resistance. Methods: This paper persents 574 cases of deeper mycosis during the preiod from Feb 1999 to Feb 2001. Results: The main fungi were Candida albicans, C. tropicalis , C. parapsilosis, C. knisd, C. guilliermondri, C. glabraia. The main wards were the respiratory ward, alimentary canal ward, kidney disease ward, ICU and the organ transplantation ward; The main invading place were respiratory tract, alimentary canal and the urinary tract; Drug- resistance of the fungi was increasing.Conclusion: Infection of fungi are wide distribution. No-candia albicans infection and it' s drug-resistance are increasing; Antibiotics should be selected according to the testing of drugs and combined treatment.
