| 摘 要： | 了解庚型肝炎病毒在本地区非甲－戊型肝炎中的流行情况及其临床特征。方法用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ和ＥＬＩＳＡ法对３０例非甲－戊型肝炎患者的血清进行ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ和抗－ＨＧＶ检测。结果３０例非甲－戊型肝炎患者中检出３例，ＨＧＶ－ＲＮＡ阳性，其中２例为急性肝炎，１例为慢性肝炎。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of HGV infection in patients with nonAE
hepatitis and its clinical characteristics in Wuhan. Methods The sera of 30 patients with nonAE
hepatitis were collected,then HGVRNA and antiHGV were detected by RTPCR and ELISA
respectively. Results 3/30(10%)patients were detected HGVRNA positive.Among them,2 were
acute hepatitis,1 were chronic hepatitis.3/30 patients were detected antiHGV positive and were
acute hepatieis,but the HGVRNAwere negative among them. Conclusion HGV was nat the main
cause of nonAE hepatieis.AntiHGV may assocsated with the clearance of virus after acute HGV
infection. |
