膀胱癌高表达基因BCA7与其预后的相关性研究

目的分析膀胱癌高表达基因 BCA7与患者预后的关系。方法免疫组化方法检测 BCA7蛋白在122例膀胱癌组织及32例配对癌旁组织中的表达水平,应用统计学方法分析BCA7表达水平与患者的临床病理特征及预后的相关性。结果 BCA7蛋白在膀胱癌组织中染色评分明显高于配对癌旁组织（P 〈0.001）。122例标本中,32例（26.2%）为 BCA7低表达,90例（73.8%）为 BCA7高表达。BCA7高表达与膀胱癌组织学分级、病理分期有关（P 〈0.05）,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤数量无关（P 均〉0.05）。BCA7低表达患者平均生存时间为（52.6±2.4）个月,高于 BCA7高表达患者的（40.9±2.2）个月（P =0.003）。结论 BCA7蛋白在膀胱癌中高表达,其表达水平与患者预后相关,可能是一个较为理想的膀胱癌预后标志物。

The correlation between the expression of bladder cancer high-expressed gene BCA7 and the prognosis of bladder cancer

Objective To evaluate the relationship between BCA7 expression and prognosis of patients with bladder cancer. Methods BCA7 protein expression was detected in 122 cases of blad-der cancer and 32 cases of paired adjacent noncancerous tissues by immunohistochemistry.Statistical analysis was performed to analyse the relationship between expression of BCA7 and clinical patholog-ical characteristics,the correlation between BCA7 and prognosis of patients. Results The BCA7 staining score in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding adjacent nor-mal tissues （P 〈0.001）.In 122 specimens,32 specimens （26.2%）showed low expression of BCA7 and 90 samples （73.8%）showed high expression of BCA7.High expression of BCA7 was correlated with tumor grade and T stage （P 〈0.05）,but has nothing to do with gender,patients＇age,tumor size,the number of tumor （P 〉0.05）.The survival time of patients with low expression of BCA7 was longer than patients with high expression of BCA7,the difference was statistically significant （P =0.003）. Conclusions BCA7 protein is up-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and its expres-sion level is related to the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer.It may be an ideal prognostic marker for patients of bladder cancer.
