腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝168例临床体会

目的：探讨应用疝网片行腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法回顾分析应用疝网片行腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者168例的临床资料。观察患者性别、年龄、手术方法、手术时间、术后复发及并发症情况。结果全部手术患者均治愈出院。手术时间35～90 min，术后6～12 h可下床活动，无明显慢性疼痛及异物感。术后并发症：尿潴留32例，阴囊积液3例，阴囊血肿2例，切口感染1例。62例术后随访6～18个月，无复发病例。结论应用疝网片行腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝是目前较为理想安全有效的手术方式。

Clinical experience of prepertoneal tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the clinical value of prepertoneal tension-free hernioplasty with EasyPros-thesis Mesh to repair inguinal hernia .Methods The date of 168 patients with inguinal hernia treated by prepertoneal tension-free hernioplasty with EasyProsthesis Mesh were reviewed and analyzed .The patients gender , age,operative technique,operative time,postoperative complications and rate of recurrence were observed .Results All cases were healed and discharged from hospital .The operative time was 35~90 minutes.The average time when the patients can walk on foot out of hospital bed after opration was 6~12 hours.No cases had the chronic pain and foreign body sen-sation after opration .Postoperative complications：there were 32 cases of urinary retention;3 cases of scrotal edema;2 cases of scrotal hematoma;1 case of incision infection .No recurrence was found in 62 patients in follow up of 6~18 months.Conclusion Prepertoneal tension-free hernioplasty with EasyProsthesis Mesh to repair inguinal hernia is a safe and feasible effective surgical technique ,and be worth to popularize .
