电刺激生物反馈疗法和阴道哑铃训练对产后妇女盆底肌功能康复的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨电刺激生物反馈疗法和阴道哑铃训练对产后妇女盆底肌功能康复的疗效。方法选取118例产后妇女分为观察组60例和对照组58例。对照组采用阴道哑铃训练,观察组在对照组的基础上加电刺激生物反馈疗法。观察两组治疗前后的盆底肌功能康复情况。结果两组产妇经过康复治疗1.5个月,盆底肌强度均得到不同程度的恢复,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈疗法和阴道哑铃训练可以改善产后盆底肌功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback feedback therapy and vagi -nal dumbbell training on pelvic floor muscle function recovery of postpartum women .Methods One hundred and eighteen postpartum women were divided into the observation group ( 60 cases ) and control group ( 58 cases ) .The control group received vaginal dumbbell training , observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of vaginal dumbbell training .Pelvic floor muscle function recovery in the two groups were observed before and after treatment .Results After rehabilitation treatment , pelvic floor muscle strength in two groups recovered to different extent .Curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group , the difference was significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy and vaginal dumbbell training can im -prove postpartum pelvic floor muscle function .
