| 摘 要： | 目的 比较奥氮平与氯丙嗪治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效。方法 将符合入组条件的病人随机分为 2组 ,分别服用奥氮平或氯丙嗪治疗 1 2周 ,用阳性与阴性症状量表 ( PANSS)和副反应量表 ( TESS)评定疗效和副反应情况。结果 奥氮平总有效率为 73 .5 % ,明显高于氯丙嗪组 41 .1 % ,经统计学处理差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 奥氮平对难治性精神分裂症的疗效优于氯丙嗪 ,对阴性症状效果更佳

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of olanzapine and chlorpromazine in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia.Methods 68 Patients with treatment -resistant schizophrenia were randomly two groups that werer treated with either olanzapine or chlorpromazine for 12 weeks.The therapeutic response and side effects werer evaluated with the PANSS and TESS.Results The overall therapeutic effect of olanzapine (73.5%) was superior to that of chlorpromazine( 41.1 %).There were statistical different in the PANSS total scores and N or G scale scores between the two groups(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion Olanzapine is superior to chlorpromapine in the treatment-resistant schizophrenia,especially those with more negative symptoms. |
