| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高、低频探头联合应用在婴幼儿（0-3岁）泌尿系结石超声检查中的价值。方法分别应用高、低频探头对1800例婴幼儿进行常规肾脏超声检查，并对检出阳性率患者予以分类、追踪，对高、低频探头检查的不同声像进行总结分析，对比研究。结果A方法诊断泌尿系结石的敏感性为55．3％，B方法为94．7％。结论高、低频探头的联合应用较单纯应用普通低频探头检查更有助于诊断婴幼儿泌尿系结石。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of combined using high and low frequency probe in chec-king the infant renal diseases. Methods Using high and low frequency probe check 1800 cases in infant renal respectively, And to classify and trace the positive rate patients. To summarize the different imageing on using high and low frequency probe,contrast the results and study them. Results Susceptibility of pulsed A mode was 55.3 % for diagnosis of urinary Lithiasis, B mode is 94.7%. Conclusion Combined using high and low frequen-cy probe is much more help to diagnose in checking the infant urinary Lithiasis. |
