诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架抑制艾氏腹水瘤作用的观察

摘    要:本文研究了诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)对小鼠艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)生长的影响及与环磷酰胺(CYP)的协同作用。实验结果表明:N-CWS 对 EAC 鼠的腹水量和瘤细胞数有抑制作用;联用 CYP 可提高荷瘤鼠的生命延长率;对 CYP 引起的体重减轻、白细胞数和血小板数减少及胸腺和脾脏重量减轻也有一定的拮抗作用。

Abstract:This paper reports that the inhibitory effect of Noeardia rubra cell wall skeleton(N-CWS)was evaluated from the quantity of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC)cells in the ascites and the volume of ascites in the EAC-bearing mice.The combined effect of N-CWS and cyclophosphamide(CYP)showed that therapy method prolnged significantly the survival of the tumor-bearing mice.The numbers of white blood cells and the weights of spleens and thymus glands were monitored in CYP group and CYP +N-CWS group and CYP+N-CWS group.The results indicate that N-CWS could reduce the toxicity of CYP.
