江苏省社区卫生服务发展制约因素的调查与研究

目的 研究制约社区卫生服务发展的相关因素。方法 采用问卷的方法对社区卫生服务机构的管理者、医学教育的专家、教师、参加全科医学岗位培训的学员和在校时受过全科医学教育的实习生进行调查。结果 目前制约社区卫生服务发展的主要因素为资金投入不足、社区医护人员的工作条件差、经济收入低和业务水平难以提高等。结论 社区卫生服务可持续发展的关键是：强化政府职能；增加经费投入、改善社区卫生服务工作条件；加快全科医学岗位培训和开展医学院学生毕业后的规范化培训，提高卫生技术人员的整体素质等。

Investigation and study on the relative factors that restrict the development of CHS in Jiangsu

Objective Study on the relative factores that restrict the development of CHS.Methods A questionarie survey was given to managerial personnel of CHS,specialists and teachers of medical education and students who were being trained or interns who had been educated in general practice.Results The restrictions of the development of general practice are the less fund of CHS,the low way and inferior working conditions of medical staffs and the short of chances of the improvement of their professional skill.Conclusion Key to the healthy and continued development of CHS:to strengthen the governmental function concerned;to allocate more fund to improve the working conditions of CHS;to step up the professional training of general practice and the standard training of graduates in order to raise the whole medical quality of the staffs of CHS.
