| 摘 要： | 目的：观察脂化前列腺素E1(Lipo—PGE1，凯时)与甲钴胺联合应用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法：将150例DPN患者随机分为两组，分别给予凯时与甲钴胺、丹参与甲钴胺治疗，共两周，对其疗效进行对比。结果：治疗组DPN症状体征、神经传导速度改善明显高于对照组。结论：凯时与甲钴胺合用可明显改善DPN的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method: 150 patients of DPN were divided into 2 groups, they were given the drugs of Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin, or Danshen and mecobalamin for 2 weeks, and compared the therapeutic effects respectively. Result: The improvement of DPN symptoms and signs or nerve conduction speeds of treatment group were obviously better than that of control group. Conclusion: Combined theraphy of Lipo-PGE1 and mecobalamin is an effective for the treatment of DPN. |
