成都某大型企业职工脂肪肝情况调查

[目的]调查了解成都某大型企业职工脂肪肝的情况及其主要危险因素.[方法]通过大规模集中体检对某大型企业职工进行体格检查、肝脏实时超声检查及血脂、血耱、肝功能等检查.[结果]4 886人完成调查,其中男性3 218人,女性1 668人,脂肪肝平均患病率(脂肪肝共832人)17.03%,患病率与性别有关,随年龄增加而增 加,血脂异常、单纯肥胖、高血糖等为脂肪肝的危险因素.[结论]该大型企业职工脂肪肝患病率相对较高,以高甘 油三酯、高胆固醇、单纯肥胖等为主要危险因素,并伴有较高的肝功异常比例,因脂肪肝可以导致肝硬化、肝纤维化等肝脏疾病,应采取相应的预防措施.

THE INVESTIGATION OF FATTY LIVER FOR THE STAFF FROM A LARGE ENTERPRISE IN CHENGDU

Objective To investigate the situation of fatty liver among the staff from a large enterprise in Chengdu and its main risk factors.Methods Physical examination and ultrasonographic examination of liver, serum lipid, liver function and fasting glucose level were undertaken.Results A total of 4886 staff were investiaged including 3218 male and 1668 female.The incidence of fatty liver were 17.03%, which had association with sex, and increased with the increasing of age.Hyperlipidemia, obesity and hyperglycemia were the main risk factors of fatty liver.Conclusion There are high rates of fatty liver and the abnormal of liver function among the staff of this enterprise.Hypertrigly ceridemia, hypercholesterolemia and obesity are the main risk factors.Because fatty liver can cause the liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, and the related preventive measures should be taken.
