| 摘 要： | 目的：考察哌甲酯乳膏的体外透皮吸收效果。方法：采用小鼠离体皮肤作为渗透屏障，研究不同浓度氮酮（Ａｚｏｎｅ）对哌甲酯促渗作用的影响。结果：Ａｚｏｎｅ可显著提高唯甲酯对皮肤的渗透作用，其含２％和５％Ａｚｏｎｅ的乳膏稳态流量（Ｊ）比空白乳膏分别增加了２７．８０％和４９．０５％。结论：哌甲酯乳膏将有望成为方便、安全、有效的新制剂。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study in vitro percutaneous permeability of methylphenidate cream. METHODS: Isolated rat skin was taken as permeable barrier. The influence of different concentrations of azone(0%, 2%. 5% ) in methylphenidate cream on drug permeation was observed. RESULTS: Steady-state percutaneous flow(J ) of methylphenidate cream with 2% and 5% azone increased 27. 80% and 49. 05%. respectively. CONCLUSION: Methylphenidate cream will be a safe. effective and conve- nient new preparation. |
