| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床实习护生锐器伤的发生情况及对锐器伤的自我防护意识状况,为加强护生的职业防护教育提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷对212名临床实习护生进行锐器伤发生情况及其防护意识调查。结果212名护生中,共有162名发生锐器伤189例次,发生率为76.4%;锐器伤发生时的操作行为主要是用手掰安瓿,整理、分离针头与注射器,处理医疗废物。护生对锐器伤的自我防护意识较差,不同学历护生比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.037,P>0.05)。结论锐器伤在实习护生中发生普遍,护生自我防护意识淡薄。医学院校应高度重视护生的安全问题,在护生实习前进行系统的职业防护教育,减少护生锐器伤的发生。
