| 摘 要： | 目的评价氨曲南治疗男性急性淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效。方法将入选患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,氨曲南1.0g静滴,2次/d;对照组58例,头孢曲松钠3.0g静滴,1次/d。均连用3天,治疗结束后2周时判定疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为100%,对照组为96.55%,两组痊愈率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论氨曲南治疗男性急性淋菌性尿道炎疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical efficacy of treatment on male acute gonococcal urethritis with Aztreonam for injection.Methods The treatment group(60 cases)was treated with aztreonam and control(58 cases)was treated with ceftriaxone sodium.The efficiency were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 100%,96.55% in the control group;two groups of efficient do not show significant different(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment on male acute gonococcal urethritis with aztreon... |
