摘    要:目的 :观察补肾益智方对由Aβ片段毒性诱导的NG1 0 8- 1 5细胞老年性痴呆 (AD)模型的影响。方法 :利用细胞计数、MTT及流式细胞仪测定等方法观察补肾益智方含药血清处理由Aβ片段毒性诱导的NG1 0 8- 1 5细胞存活率、形态学及细胞周期的改变。结果 :补肾益智方含药血清能增加Aβ片段毒性诱导的NG1 0 8- 1 5细胞存活率和细胞突起 ;细胞增殖周期分析显示 ,含药血清能增加S期细胞数。结论 :补肾益智方具有减轻细胞对Aβ的神经毒性反应 ,表明该方通过拮抗AD的病理发展而发挥对AD的治疗作用

Abstract:Objective: It is to observe the effect of Bushenyizhi Recipe (BSYQR) on NG108-15 Cellular Model of Alzheimer Disease(AD) that was induced by Amyliod-protein β(Aβ)Segment Neurotoxin. Methods: The cell survival rate and the changing of cell morphology and cell period were analyzed by counting, MTT and flow cytometry technique. Results: The cell survival rate and neurite outgrowth of model cells was higher than that of normal control model cells. And in model cells, as compared with those in normal control model cells treated with non-drug containing serum, it also could increase the numbers of cell in during S phases by cell cycle analysis. Conclusion: BSYQR can reduce the reaction of cells to Aβ neurotoxin, and the role of BSYQR in therapy Alzheimer disease by means of against the pathological development of AD.
