北京市宣武区4～6岁儿童视力筛查报告

目的报告北京市宣武区妇幼保健院2002年部分托幼园所4～6岁儿童视力筛查情况.方法经条栅视力卡测查儿童视力.结果4岁年龄组异常率最高,为12.33%.随着年龄的增长,异常率逐步下降,6岁年龄组仅为3.16%.但3个年龄组可疑异常率仍较高,最高达22.35%.结论整个学龄前期都应做好儿童眼保健工作,但4岁是关键时期,对可疑异常情况,应促使其向正常转化,并引起社会足够重视.

The Vision Screening Report of Children Aged 4 to 6

Objective This investigation was performed by Beijing Xuanwu Maternity & Child Health Care Institue in 2002 in the purpose of understand children's vision screening condition of part of kindergartens. Methods The study was performed by screening the vision of 2940 children of several kindergartens in Xuanwu district. Results The results showed that the abnormal rate of 4-year-old children was highest.The rate was 12.33%.The abnormal rate decreased gradually as the age increasing.The abnormal rate of 6year-old children was only(3.16%.)But the suspect normal rate of three age group still kept higher and up to 22.35%. Concdusion The article suggested that children's vision health care should be paid more attention during the whole preschool term,but 4-year-old is a key term,and suspect abnormal condition especially should be attached more importance in order to promote it to normalization.
