| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)对评价冠状动脉病变的临床意义。方法:将173例患者分为两组:125例经冠状动脉造影证实存在冠状动脉粥样斑块的患者行颈动脉内膜超声检查;并选取同期住院经冠状动脉造影显示正常者48例为对照组,并行颈动脉IMT超声检查。结果:冠状动脉病变组颈动脉IMT明显高于对照组,且多支病变组出现颈动脉内膜增厚的例数明显多于单支病变组。结论:颈动脉IMT是心血管疾病强有力的预测因素,对评价冠状动脉病变及严重程度具有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the important clinical signifficant of the relationship of the carotid intimamedia thickness and the coronary heart disease.Methods:173 patients were divided into two groups:125 patients with coronary atherosvlerotic heart disease that was identified by the CAGandallwere checked the carotid intimamedia thicknessby the B-ultrasonic;48 patients with normal coronary that hospi- talize at the same period.Results:The carotid intimamedia thickness of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was obviously thick- er than that of the patients with normal coronary.Conclusion:Carotid intimamedia thickness was a strong predicter of the coronary heart dis- ease and have the important clinical significant that evaluate the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and the degree of seriousness. |
