内皮型一氧化氮合酶活性和基因表达异常与动脉粥样硬化

摘    要:内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)产生的一氧化氮(NO)减少将导致内皮细胞功能异常,最终可能导致动脉粥样硬化的产生。eNOS表达降低和酶活性的降低均可以导致NO生成减少。而eNOS活性受eNOS与某些蛋白质相互作用和本身磷酸化的影响。本文主要对eNOS基因表达异常和eNOS活性异常与动脉粥样硬化的关系予以综述。

Abstract:Decreased bioavailability of endothelial nitric oxide( NO)produced from endothelial NO synthase( eNOS), referred to as endothelial dysfunction, plays a crucial role in the development and progression of atherosclerosis. The decrease of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) activity and gene expression result in decreased levels of NO production. In this article recent advances will be summarized about the abnormality of endothelial nitric oxide synthase activity and gene expression in Atherosclerosis.
