| 摘 要： | 目的 研究不孕症妇女血清抗 HCG抗体(anti humanchorionicgonadotropineantibody ,HCGA)与生殖激素水平的关系。方法 用放射免疫法检测不孕症妇女血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2 )、孕酮(P)水平,用ELISA间接法定性检测HCGA。结果 HCGA阳性组(2 5例)FSH水平显著高于HCGA阴性组(73例) ,而LH、E2 、P水平显著低于HCGA阴性组。结论 HCGA可能是引起生殖激素水平改变而导致不孕的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between anti-human chorionic gonadotropin antibody(HCGA) and the levels of reproductive hormone in women with infertility. Methods Levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P were determined by RIA and qualitative examination of serum HCGA was measured with ELISA. Results In women with infertility, the serum levels of FSH with positive HCGA(n=25) were obviously higher than those with negative HCGA(n=73)while the levels of E2, P and LH were obviously lower. Conclusion HCGA may be one of the main factors for women with infertility in changing the levels of reproductive hormone. |
