摘    要:目的:比较3种洗板方法对高通量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测CEA实验结果的影响,寻找该检测系统的最佳洗板方法.方法:分别采用5次10s(方法1)、4次15s(方法2)、5次15s(方法3)3种洗板方法对待测样本微孔板进行洗板,以化学发光法检测结果作为标定值,比较不同洗板方法对检测结果的影响.结果:方法1与标定值结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);方法2和方法3,与标定值结果中浓度样本无差异(P>0.05),低浓度和高浓度样本有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:方法1(5次10s)为本实验室高通量ELISA癌胚抗原检测的最佳洗板方法.

Abstract:Objective : to compare the results of detection of CEA, so as to detect the impact of three different ways of washer for high-throughput enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and to find the best way of washer for the detection system. Methods : washing the microplate wells by the first method(10 seconds by 5 times),the second method(15 seconds by 4 times) and the third method(15 seconds by 5 times), to detect the impact of three different ways of washer with reference to Chemiluminescence. Results : there is no statistically significant between the results of the first method and the reference method(P〉0.05). There is no statistically significant among the results of the second method, the third method and the reference method with the middle concentration(P〉0.05), in addition to the low and the high concentration. Conclusions : the first method(10 seconds by 5 times) is the best ways of washer for high-throughput enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in our laboratory.
