| Abstract: | Cemento-ossifying fibroma is a mesodermal, slow-growing, benign fibro-osseous lesion of the jaws. A case of mandibular molar enlargement that was treated previously by other surgeons and diagnosed as cemento-ossifying fibroma, is presented. Two recurrences occurred 4 and 8 years after surgery due to incomplete surgical removal. |
