| 摘 要： | 目的 进一步了解鲁西地区男性适龄应征青年HBsAg携带和ALT异常情况。方法 选择1998年至2000年16922名男性适龄应征青年，采取空腹静脉血，分别通过ELISA法和速率法检测HBsAg和ALT。结果 16922人中，HBsAg阳性1273例，阳性率7．52％，ALT异常583例，占3．44％；HBsAg阳性青年中ALT异常137例，占HBsAg阳性人数的10．76％，明显高于HBsAg阴性青年中ALT异常百分比（2．85％）。各年度之间比较无统计学意义。结论 ALT增高与HBV感染有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the HBsAg and ALT positive young men who were enrolled in Army in the Western region of Shandong province. Methods: ESISA and ALT of the vein blood of 16922 young men who were enrolled in Army from 1998 to 2000 were examined in empty stomach with velocity methods. Results: Of 16922 young men, the number of HBsAg positive young men was 1273, and the number of abnormal ALT was 583, accounting for 7.52% and 3.44% respectively. The percentage of abnormal ALTin HBsAg positive young men(10.76%) was significantly higher than that in HBsAg negative young men(2.85%). The difference in the above data was not significant in the three years. Conclusion: The increase of ALT is related to the infection of HBV. |
