原发性高血压患者升主动脉弹性与左室质量指数的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高血压患者升主动脉弹性及脉压差与左室质量指数的相关性。方法:入选研究对象共158例,分为正常对照组和高血压组,高血压组又根据高血压防治指南分为高血压1级、高血压2级、高血压3级三组。所有病例均测收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压差(PP),并利用超声技术检测升主动脉僵硬度(β)和可扩张性(AD)及左室质量指数(LVMI)。结果:高血压组的LVMI、β、PP显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),AD显著低于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,LVMI与β、PP均呈显著正相关,与AD呈显著负相关。结论:高血压患者升主动脉弹性及PP与左室质量指数紧密相关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between arterial elasticity and left ventricular mass index in essential hypertension patients with classification of blood pressure. Methods:Totally 158 persons were enrolled.They were divided into four groups ,EH1 group、EH2 group、EH3 group and healthy contrast group. All patients were examined ascending aortic elastic and left ventricular mass index using ultrasound. Results:The concentrations of LVMI、β、PP in EH groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.01),while AD in EH groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that β、PP was significant positively correlated with LVMI,AD was significant negatively correlated with LVMI. Balanced the impact of factors for partial correlation analysis,LVMI remained in line with the level of blood pressure,PP,β was a significant positive correlation with the AD was negatively correlated. Conclusion:Aortic elasticity and left ventricular mass index is closely related in Different level of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.
