远航对海员肺通气功能的影响

摘    要:目的 调查远航对海员肺通气功能的影响 ,为远航卫勤保障提供依据。方法 采用日产呼吸功能自动测试仪在不同阶段测定远航海员肺通气功能 ,分析其影响因素。结果 远航后期 (第 1 2 8天 )海员的用力肺容量指标 FVC、FEV1 .0 、PF、V75的测得值比航前 (4天 )和航行初期 (第 32天 )的测得值有明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;远航后全封闭船环境海员比半封闭船环境海员的肺通气功能降低更显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;炊事人员和机电人员比补给人员的肺通气功能降低更显著 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,炊事人员又比机电人员的肺通气功能降低显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 远航及不同的船舶环境和作业条件对海员肺通气功能有一定影响 ,应予以重视 ,加强预防和卫勤保障

Abstract:Objective This study was designed to investigate and analyze the effects of prolonged navigation on the pulmonary functions of sailors and to provide reliable data for future medical support to prolonged navigation.Methods The pulmonary function of sailors was measured at different stages of the navigation by using the auto respiratory function examiner made in Japan,and then analyses were made on the factors that might influence the pulmonary functions of sailors during prolonged navigation.Results The indices of the pulmonary function(FVC,FEV 1.0 ,PF,V 75 )measured at the terminal stage of the prolonged navigation(day128)decreased more significantly than those measured4days before deployment and32days after deployment(P<0.05).Upon completion of the prolonged navigation,indices of the pulmonary function for the crew onboard the fully-closed ships decreased more significantly when compared with those onboard the semi-closed ships(P<0.05).And significant differences could be seen in sailors from different departments.For instance,the pulmonary function of cooks and electromechanical personnel decreased more markedly when compared with that of the supply personnel(P<0.01),and further decrease could be seen in cooks,when they are compared with the electromechanical personnel(P<0.05). Conclusions Prolonged navigation as well as different shipboard environment and operational conditions have some effects on the pulmonary function of sailors,to which attention must be given and preventive measures taken to ensure the health of sailors.
