| Abstract: | The influence of thyrotropinreleasing hormone(TRH)was studied on the redblood cell(RBC)immune function andhypothalamic-hypophyseal-thyroid axis of mice withtrauma.We found that TRH increased RBC-C3breceptor rosette rate,RBC-immunocomplex rosetterate and RBC-C3b rosette forming enhancement ratein mice with trauma,but decreased rosette fonning in-hibition rate. While triiodothyronine,thyroxine tendedto be enhanced and thyroid stimulating hormone tend-ed to be in normal levels.The results suggest that TRHwould be beneficial to stabilization of hypothalamic-hypophyseal-thyroid axis and recovery of immunemnction. |
