| 摘 要： | 目的:观察三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)、热疗联合中药狼毒灌注综合治疗对中晚期肺癌的临床疗效,放疗鼍效关系以及热疗次数与疗效关系.方法:185例患者中,3DCRT放射治疗54例,3DCRT联合热疗63例,3DCRT、热疗联合中药狼毒灌注综合治疗68例.治疗结束后,统计分析各组临床疗效的差异,并分析放疗和热疗量效之间的关系.结果:3DCRT、热疗联合中药狼毒灌注组有效率80.88%,单纯3DCRT治疗有效率42.59%,3DCRT联合热疗有效率57.14%;放射治疗量DT<40Gy有效率40.00%,DT40-60Gy有效率60.00%,DT≥60Gy有效率为76.67%;内生场治疗<4次有效率为42.86%,≥4次有效率70.67%.经统计学处理,各组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:3DCRT、热疗联合中药狼毒灌注综合治疗组能更有效的控制肿瘤发展;在病人身体能耐受的前提条件下,放射剂量与疗效呈正相关;内生场治疗次数与疗效呈正相关.
