| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组在证候、血液流变学和尿白蛋白排泄率等方面均优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on early type 2 diabetic nephropathy treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method:60 cases were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group and control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and cases in the control group treated by routine western medicine.Results:The improvement of syndrome,hemorheology and albumin excretion rate in the treatment group after treatment were superior to that in the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was satisfactory for treating early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. |
