摘    要:目的 研究渔游蛇生精上皮各类细胞超微结构的季节性变化,为探讨蛇类的受精机理及人工养殖提供理论依据。方法 以2.5%戊二醛和1%饿酸双固定,按常规制作石蜡切片和超薄切片,分别用光镜和H-600电镜观察。结果 渔游蛇4月份生精上皮的细胞呈休止状态;5~7月份是精原细胞复苏、增殖、分化形成精母细胞时期;8~9月份是精母细胞分裂成为精细胞时期;9月末至11月份是精子形成高峰期;12月至次年1月份,精子妈生渐趋停滞。结论 渔游蛇精子发生的周期性符合羊膜动物的基本规律,又有其自身的特点,特别是精子形成过程有许多独特之处。

SEASONAL CHANGES IN ULTRASTRUTURE OF SEMINIFEROUS EPITHELIA OF THE SNAKE NATRIX PISCATOR
Abstract:Objective We studied the ultrastructural changes of the seminiferous epithelia of the snake Natrix piscator and provided theoretical basis for studying the mechanism of fertilization and artificial breed of the snake. Methods\ After double fixed with 2 5% glutaric dialdehyde and 1% osmic acid, we observed the paraffin section and ultrathin section by light microscope and H 600 electron microscope respectively. Results The cells in the seminiferous epithelia were inactive in April. From May to July was the period of multiplication of spermatogonia and its physiological function gradually recovered from inactive to active status. August to September was the time for spermatocyte meioti division and spermatid formation. Spemateliosis fastigium was from the last stage of September to November and spermatogenesis gradually stagnated from December to next year's January. Conclusion The periodicity of the snake Natrix piscator was in line with the general regular of the amnionic animals, but it was noted for its own characteristics.
