包钢中年知识分子高血压的流行病学调查

目的：了解包钢中年知识分子高血压的患病率、治疗率、控制率等。方法：对包钢3148名35-60岁的中年知识分子调查体检，确定高血压病例。结果：高血压的患病率为20.9％（男性22.1％、女性18.8％）。男性患病率随年龄增高而升高；女性在50岁前随年龄增高而升高，但低于男性，50岁组达最高且高于男性。高血压新诊断率占7.5％，高血压知晓者仅达高血压病人的64.0％，在知道自己患高血压者中治疗率、控制率分别为45.0％、33.7％。结论：应对知识分子积极开展有关高血压防治的健康教育及健康促进工作。

Hypertension's Epidemic investigation among Middle Age Intellectuals in Bao Gang

Objective:To explore hypertension's prevalence, treatment and control rates among the middle age interllectuals in Bao Gang. Methods: Determine hypertension cases by examining 3 148 middle age intellectuals of Bao Gang whose ages vary from 35 to 60. Results: The hypertension's prevalence rate is 20.9%(male 22.1%, female 18.8%). The prevalence rate of the male increases with their age; Female's prevalence increases with their age before 50 years old, too. But it is lower than the male's, the prevanlence rate of 50 years old group is the highest, even higher than the male's. Hypertension's new diagnosis rate is 7.5%. Only 64.0% of people knew about their disease , the treatment and control rates are 45.0% and 33.7% respectively among them. Conclusion: We should develop some ways of the health education and health promotion about hypertension's prevention and treatment among the intellectuals.
