芦丁对去卵巢大鼠骨质的作用

摘    要:目的 :探讨芦丁对去卵巢大鼠骨质的影响。方法 :4 0只雌性大鼠随机分成四组 ,A组行假手术 ,B组切除卵巢 (OVX) ,C组OVX +2 0mS/10 0 gbw .d芦丁 ,D组OVX +6 0mg/10 0 gbw .d芦丁 ,实验期 90d。测大鼠血清AKP活力、粪尿中钙磷水平 ,扫描大鼠全身、腰椎、股骨及胫骨处骨密度 ,称子宫重量并制作病理学切片。结果 :A、C、D组大鼠尿钙排出量显著低于B组 ,其血清AKP活力则显著高于B组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A、C组腰椎骨密度显著高于B组 ;A、C、D组股骨密度显著高于B组 ;C组胫骨密度显著高于B、D组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :芦丁可抑制去卵巢大鼠骨丢失 ,且不使子宫内膜增生 ,具选择性雌激素受体调节剂特点。

Abstract:Objective:This study is to investigate the effects of rutin on bone in ovariectomized female rats. Methods:Forty Sprague-Dawlery female rats, 3 months old, were randomly assigned into 4 groups: A (sham operated); B (ovariectomized,OVX); C (OVX+20mg/100gbw.d rutin); D (OVX+60mg/100gbw.d rutin). Beginning from 7 days after surgery, the rats were treated intragastrically with rutin or solvent once daily respectively for a period of 90 days. Serum AKP, urine calcium and phosphorus and feces calcium etc. were measured. At the end of the experiments, BMDs of the whole-body, lumbar vertebral, femoral and tibial regions were also evaluated with dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). Results:Ovariectomy induced a significant decrease in lumbar vertebral, femoral and tibial BMDs, which were prevented by rutin consumption. Moreover, rutin could increase the levels of serum AKP.Conclusions:Rutin can prevent estrogen deficiency-induced bone loss without uterotrophic activity. Rutin maybe one kind of selective estrogen receptor modulator.
