舌鳞癌组织中p53,p21基因蛋白的表达及生物学意义

摘    要:目的 研究p53,p51在舌鳞癌组织的表达及其与肿瘤分级的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法对54例舌鳞癌组织标本行p53,p21癌基因蛋白表达的检测。结果 舌癌组织p53,p21癌基因蛋白的阳性率分别为46.3%,61.1%;两种癌基因的阳性表达皆与组织分化程度有关;p53基因的阳性表达与p21原阳性表达有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the expressions of p53 and p21 proteins in tongue carcinoma and their significance. Methods The expressions of p53 and p21 proteins in 54 cases with tongue carcinoma were determined by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expressions of p53, p21 proteins in tongue carcinoma were 46.3%, 61.1%, respectively. The expressions of p53, p21 proteins were associated with histological grade of differentiation ( P<0.01 ). The p21 protein expression was associated with p53 protein expression ( P<0.05) . Conclusion High positive expressions of p53 and p21 proteins are found in tongue carcinoma. Expressions of p53 and p21 proteins are valuable in determining the degree of malignancy. The occurrence of tongue carcinoma is the result of multi-oncogene mutation.
